Yesterday the Senate voted 49 to 42 (9 not voting) to pass the Graham Amendment on Detainee's rights to habeas corpus (to file suit in our courts). This short post is just to document Democrats who voted for it. I have done this on several important votes and I still do not understand why they do this. Arlen Specter (R-PA) voted against it so why did the Dems vote for it...? If these are your Senators, Contact them and ask them why...!
