After factoring so much into the new equations that have come about since his speech, Feingold's intentions are the quickest way and right now we need quick and I mean right now quick. Bush is a madman on a self-destructive mission of NeoCon Ideology and knows no amount of reason.
Cut off the money and stop the killing. Then remove him from office.

WASHINGTON - Sen. Russ Feingold said Thursday that he will seek to end the U.S. involvement in the war in Iraq by cutting off funding in Congress.
