John Conyers Jr. has worked relentlessly for the American People and the Constitution of the United States of America.   His soon to be published Document expanding upon his earlier 'Consitution in Crisis' will detail 26 laws broken by the lawless Bush Administration.


Talking Points Memo has an early draft version posted for our perusal.   It is a 26 page document and only prefaces the final report which is several hundred pages with over a thousand footnotes.

The Supreme Court's recent landmark Su[reme Court ruling in Hamdan vs Rumsfeld held that hte President is subject to the requirements of both Federal Statutes and the Geneva Conventions in crafting rules for military tribunals.
