Cheney has accepted Scooter Libby's resignation. Fitzgerald has returned five felony indictments against him for ::
*) 1 count of obstruction of justice
*) 2 counts of perjury
*) 2 counts of making false statemnets
More was heard at a news conference by Fitzgerald. He is a very cool and calm realist. I have updated this post to add the link at Think Progress that has the full text of the indictment.
